How do I become a recruiter for Medi Staffing?

OUR RECRUITERS EARN THE MOST! Work from home with little to no experience. On-job training and support are given to all Recruiters. Your success is our success. You choose the states that you want to target and feel the most confidence in. Recruitment bonuses may vary however many recruiters earn anywhere from $500.00 - $1,000.00 for each successful recruitment. We reward our recruiters for each successful placement that they make as well as our recruiters receive a monthly team bonus, even when they don't successfully make a placement. To be eligible for the monthly team bonus you must have: Made atleast one successful recruitment within the last 90 days. and complete at least two of three items below: Created and/or shared atleast 5 job referral post within the last 14 days. Submitted at least 10 valid resumes (the candidate does not need to be hired for any position to be considered as a valid resume.) Hold your own virtual event to spotlight 20 or more Medi Staffing employment opportunities. Submitted 5 or more blog posts Successful Referral of 1 new line of business or advertiser customer. At Medi Staffing, we are only responsible for recruitment. It is up to our clients to hire those who will best match their business and position needs. However, we will only forward your resume to our client if it matches the listed requirements provided by the client.
How do I advertise my product or business?

When you advertise in the Medi Staffing virtual job fair you also advertise in our bi weekly newsletter that is sent out to our hundreds of email subscribers that are located throughout the United States. How do you choose which jobs to feature during the virtual job fair?

We tend to receive well over one hundred new job opportunities per month. Each month we first refer to any resumes that we currently have on file to place those individuals first. We then post jobs that are currently deemed to be in high demand by our clients. Some of our listings may only be posted on our Twitter, Podcast, Blog (Job Alert), and Instagram, niche-oriented groups and platforms where we believe that those who may be interested will more than likely find those opportunities.
I'm a recruiter how do I create my own virtual job fair for Medi Staffing?

Medi Staffing invites our recruiter to recreate their own virtual career/job fair in order to recruit potential candidates. We provide you with the tools that you need to be successful. Please contact us at medistaffing@hotmail.com using subject line "Create my own job fair". Include when your recruitment ID number in the email. A representative will contact you within 72 business hours with your login information to access the virtual job fair content.

I watched the job fair but there is nothing that match my experience or desired employment requirements, and I really need a job what should I do?

Due to a number of factors we are unable to include all of our job listings in our monthly virtual job fair. we suggest that even if you do not see an employment opportunity that matches you to still submit a resume along with a cover letter detailing what type of position (remote or location-based, desired job title, and your current location) you are looking for.
