Qualifications Required

• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification/license

• Master's degree or higher

• Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) certification/license

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification/license

• Cardiology Care (3+ years)

Preferred

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification/license in Illinois (IL)

• Do you have a Master's of Business Administration, Master's of Public Health or Master's of Healthcare Administration?

• Describe your experience working for a virtual business and/or digital chronic disease program.

• Describe your leadership experience working for a Healthcare start-up.

• Do you have full practice authority in the State of Illinois?
